OUR APPROACH
Taking the time to understand the challenges the group were facing and providing the opportunity to explore what a successful outcome for the session might look like, we developed a two-hour troubleshooting session that incorporated a series of activities to draw out and explore the capabilities, opportunities and motivations that existed within the group.
