Director
Motivated to help more people realise the benefits of being active every day, Craig founded Move Consulting in 2020.
Having worked in the health and physical activity sector for almost two decades, Craig specialises in strategic programme design, workforce development and content creation.
Craig is an experienced physical activity commissioner, national programme manager and physical activity specialist, and has contributed to the development of award-winning programmes such as Run Together from England Athletics, Breeze and Go-Ride Racing from British Cycling, helping to inspire millions of people to move more often.
Throughout his career, Craig has worked closely with organisations such as Public Health England, the BBC, Mind, The National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine, Sport England and Activity Alliance to develop industry leading content and identify effective solutions to support people to be active.

Passionate about supporting people to move more to improve their health and wellbeing, Elaine brings unique expertise in physical activity and health-related behaviour change.
Over a 30-year career in the health, sport and fitness sectors, Elaine has worked in local authority leisure services, public health, national research institutions, governing bodies of sport, Welsh Government and national health charities.
A published author and respected sector professional, Elaine has developed numerous solutions and high-profile national programmes of work. These include Water Wellbeing, a whole pool approach to engaging people with long-term health conditions; writing Welsh Government physical activity and sport strategies; advising ministers on physical activity and physical health policy; and developing and managing the Welsh National Exercise Referral Scheme.

Health practitioner and physical activity specialist
Hussain is a practising GP with a specialist focus on lifestyle and obesity medicine, alongside a broad portfolio of roles promoting physical activity and holistic health. These include Health Partnerships Lead for parkrun, Lifestyle and Physical Activity Lead for the Royal College of General Practitioners, and Course Lead for Red Whale’s Lifestyle and Obesity programme.
A respected educator, Hussain regularly delivers talks and lectures to both professional and public audiences. You may also recognise him from his frequent appearances on television and radio, including as the resident obesity medicine expert on ITV’s This Morning, as well as features on Good Morning Britain and BBC News.
You’re most likely to work with Hussain on projects linked to our System and Service Review or Learning and Development offers—particularly where we’re supporting clients to build stronger connections with health.
eLearning development specialist
Gary is a an award winning eLearning specialist with more than 18 years of experience in the learning technologies sector. He founded his company, Everything eLearning, in 2017 and has positioned it at the forefront of creating innovative and impactful digital learning solutions.
Gary's expertise is particularly notable in the physical activity and health sector, where he has developed engaging and effective digital educational programmes for many of the industry's leading names. He has collaborated with Move on many of our eLearning focused projects to date, including work with Active Black Country, Lucozade Sport and Our Parks.
You're most likely to come across Gary working with us on project linked to our Learning and Development services, particularly where we are developing digital learning products with you.
Learning & development specialist
Liz is a dedicated Learning and Development professional with 25 years of experience in education, wellbeing, and physical activity. She's worked for some of the sector's leading organisations such as UK Coaching, NCFE and Sports Leaders UK.
Known for her expert facilitation skills and creativity, Liz excels in co-designing learning solutions that meet the needs of the audience. She uses her expertise to create engaging and innovative content and resources on topics such as behaviour change, mental health, inclusion, youth leadership, and personal skill development.
You're most likely to come across Liz working with us on project linked to our Learning and Development services, particularly where we are creating inclusive and engaging content or facilitating learning through workshops.
Physical activity pathway specialist
Beth brings cross-sector experience from the NHS, leisure, fitness and charity sectors, alongside a Master’s in Public Health and a Churchill Fellowship. She specialises in designing and implementing physical activity and health pathways grounded in real-world delivery.
Currently Operations Manager at the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine in Sheffield, Beth leads work to embed physical activity into the health system using models such as co-location, digital solutions and workforce development. Skilled in co-production and systems thinking, she helps teams design inclusive, joined-up and sustainable solutions with long-term impact.
