Qualifications & Continued Professional Development Mapping

Move Consulting are working with British Equestrian and its member bodies to review their qualifications and continued professional development pathways.

This significant project seeks to review the qualifications and learning content from across the Equestrian industry’s numerous governing bodies, helping them to find commonalities and opportunities to continually improve the experience and learning of their coaching workforce and volunteers.  

The overall aim is to identify synergies to continue to strengthen connectivity across our various member bodies and to highlight opportunities to support the future development of fit for purpose and relevant coach education programmes and systems that will add value for everyone.

Throughout the project Move Consulting will support British Equestrian to draw on the collective assets available across equestrian coach education systems, contributing to their collaborative and supportive culture within coach education.
