Our approach to our work is defined by a few common characteristics that you can come to expect from us, helping to make working with us feel just right, for you.
The first few steps of any project are often the most critical. It only takes one or two degrees of miscalculation when setting out to end up arriving at a totally different destination than was expected.
Typically lasting 30 minutes, we use project kick off meetings as the opportunity to confirm and clarify details about every project we start. This is a great way to meet the team you will be working with and to set and manage expectations from both ends as we define those early steps.
Lack of capacity is a common challenge that organisations face in delivering on their aspirations, hence why you may call on us to offer support, and we appreciate that time is often a commodity.
Typically lasting 30 minutes, and depending on the project length, occurring on a fortnightly basis, we use Client Check In’s as a way to keep you up to speed on project status and to provide updates on project health. This is a great way to stay informed on the progress of your project, to provide us with any updates and to ask any questions you may have.
We appreciate that transparency is an important factor in any project. Understanding what and when things are happening can help give you confidence in project status and can help to empower you in future related decision making.
For our larger scale, or more complex projects, we use Digital Project Boards to detail all project phases and milestones, as well as detailing who is responsible for each step. This helps us to ensure we can track progress accurately, and also ensure everyone involved remains aware of their role.
We take pride in the work we complete at Move, so much so that we like to shout about it! To help us to do this we work with each of our clients to achieve a mutually beneficial mini-marketing and communications campaign connected to each of our projects.
Using our communications channels, we will create a mutually branded post, and if required a press release, referencing that our project is underway. This should include key information about the project, a quote from the client and any associated tags or links to find out more.
Hosted on the ‘Our Work’ page of the Move Consulting website, we will create a project case study from the perspective of our involvement in the project and the processes or services we provided. This should include key information about the project, a quote from the client and any associated tags or links to find out more.
We respectfully ask all of our clients to permit the use of company logos in any posts relating to the project and on our company website as part of our project portfolio.
